Q1: How to use the mouse?
Answer:
(1) Prepare one AA battery in advance. Remove the battery cover at the bottom to find the battery slot and USB receiver. Insert 1 AA battery (not included).
(2) The USB receiver is inside the battery cover. Take out the USB receiver and plug it into your PC’s USB port.
(3) Turn on the power switch. The optical sensor flashes red.
(4) It will take a few seconds to install. After waiting for a while, you can use the mouse.
Q2: My mouse doesn’t work.
Answer:
(1) Do not use on glass desktops or objects that can reflect light. If possible, use it on your mouse pad.
(2) If it doesn’t work, turn off the power switch of the mouse, remove the USB receiver, then repeat steps 1-3 of “Q1: How to use the mouse”.
(3) The USB receiver must be connected well. Please check if you are confusing this USB receiver with other USB receivers. Or try the USB receiver in another USB port/computer.
(4) If the cursor does not respond, it is necessary to replace the battery.
Q3: Scroll wheel, left and right buttons all work, the pointer does not move.
Answer:
Please check if the red light on the bottom optical sensor is on. If it is on, the bottom plate lens (the round ball inside the optical sensor) may have fallen off and become misaligned. Use a toothpick to push the lens back and forth.
