Q1: Why is it forbidden to format it on the computer?
Its memory format only supports FAT32. Once it is formatted in exFAT/NTFS/APFS on your computer, the system will be not compatible and cause problems such as not working, not charging, not being recognized by your computer, etc.
Q2: What causes a recording pause?
1. Any other device (headphones, phone, computer …) is connected while recording will interrupt the recording
2. When recording with voice activation enabled, the sound may not be picked up when it is quiet, thus pausing the recording
Q3: Are there any notes about the voice activation function?
Note1: By default the voice activation is turned off, you can turn it on as per the manual: Change the value of VOR 0 to 1 or 2 only, not recommended higher
Note2: After voice activation is on, you need to turn on the voice recorder, and it will record in voice activation mode on this occasion

No other connection, the button is slid to ON that is in the recording state, OFF is the off state

No, it has no screen or speaker

Q7: Why do we play with “Windows media player or other player” on a windows computer?
Because the Windows computer’s own player does not support the playback of wav format audio

Q9: What if the PC/Android phone connection fails?
1.Turn off the voice recorder before connecting to computer/phone then place it carefully, do not press any buttons
2. Android phones: Make sure the OTG function is enabled. [Settings] – search for “OTG or USB” to activate the OTG function and enable the connection of other devices (as each Android phone model is different, can search on Google or ask the phone manufacturer for the exact method to activate OTG)
3. MAC users: please change the USB-C adapter. Or try another computer or port
