INSTRUCTIONS
Connect the included cable to the pad and your power adapter. Use the included USB cable adapter – if necessary. Put the phone on the pad’s centre. During wireless charging, a circular, gently pulsating blue LED lights up. For fast charging up to 15W, make sure you have a PD20 USB-C or QC3.0 power adapter. With fast charging, for example, an iPhone 12 or a Galaxy S20 can go from 0% to 50% in only 50 minutes. Fast charging is not available for all phone models. Please check if your model is compatible. For a standard 5W charge, your regular phone adapter, or the USB-C or USB-A port of your Tablet or Laptop will work fine.

1. QUESTION: Why do you include a USB cable adapter?
ANSWER: With this adapter and the USB-C cable, you can charge the pad on both USB-A and USB-C ports. This allows you to use these charging ports on laptops, tablets, and PCs as well. This gives you more compatibility choices. Making it also great for working on the go.
2. QUESTION: Does this pad support wireless charging all phone models?
ANSWER: No, it’s important to check if your phone is equipped with Qi wireless charging capabilities. Not all phone models are compatible, so please verify the suitability of your device.
3. QUESTION: Why does my phone not charge quickly with your wireless pad, as advertised?
ANSWER: Fast charging is not available for all phone models. Please check if your model is compatible. You also need a PD20 USB-C or a QC3.0 power adapter (not included) for fast charging.
4. QUESTION: My phone is getting quite warm during charging. Is that normal?
ANSWER: Yes, it’s normal for your phone to generate some warmth while charging, especially when the battery level is low. It is recommended to place the pad on a solid surface for optimal heat dissipation.
