Is this projector bright enough for daytime viewing?
Its high brightness of 1350ANSI lumen is bright enough for daytime use. But not suggest to use outdoors in daytime. Whenever and wherever you use this projector, make sure there is no strong light around the projector screen or projector lens
How I do install Apps I want?
(1) Home Menu->APPS->App Store. Search and download the app you need.
(2) Download the Apk file of the app you want on computer to a USB drive. Insert and open the USB drive on projector, click the Apk file to install the App.
Why can’t I navigate or log in the App?
It means the App provider does not release Android TV version that is compatible with remote control operation.
You can connect wireless or wired MOUSE to navigate the Apps to solve this issue out. You can reach us to get one.
Image can’t fully focus?
(1)Move the focus gear back to its original position,go to Settings->Projection setting->4D keystone,adjust the image to a rectangle then adjust the focus gear to make projection clear.
(2) If project from side, make sure the angle isn’t too large.
No Sound when connecting Fire Stick?
Go to Settings-> Display & Sounds menu on fire stick and select the the PCM option or turn off Dolby audio settings to play the audio.
