Question: The speaker doesn’t connect to device?
Answer: Speaker needs to be connected/re-paired to device.
Question: A tone is heard every few seconds?
Answer: Speaker needs to be charged.
Question: Bluetooth connection distance cannot reach to 66ft?
Answer: Avoid operating the Bluetooth speaker in areas of strong electromagnetic Interference,such as near induction cookers,large power fans,motors etc.Move the speaker closer to Bluetooth device. Fully charge the speaker and try again.
Question: The speaker will not power on?
Answer: Speaker needs to be charged.
Question: Speaker won’t charge?
Answer: If the current of the charging head is too small, it may not be able to charge, please replace it with a DC 5V 1A charging head and try.
Question: The speaker doesn’t control track(s)/volume?
Answer: Speaker needs to be in Bluetooth mode for full control.

HEYSONG AQUA is rated IP67, which means the speaker can be heavily splashed with water or left in the rain, even can submerge in 1 meter of water for 30 minutes. If the speaker gets wet, it is recommended that you dry the speaker completely before using it again.
