LEAVE YOUR CASE ON! The Stand charges reliably with your protective case on. The case thickness should not exceed 5 mm. However, most phone cases that are available are less than 5 mm thick. Except for metal inserts, any case material is fine.
Connect the included charging cable to the charger and your power adapter. If necessary, use the included USB cable adapter. You can adjust the angle of the charging stand as you wish and place your phone on it in any orientation, either vertical or horizontal. BLUE LED: During wireless charging, a gently pulsating blue LED lights up. The light is dim enough to not disturb your sleep. GREEN LED: When your phone is fully charged a green LED lights up. For fast charging up to 15W, make sure you have a PD20 USB-C or QC3.0 power adapter (not included). For a standard 5W charge, your regular phone power adapter, or the USB-C or USB-A port of your PC, Tablet or Laptop will work fine.
