Samsung water filters are tested and certified by NSF International, a non-profit non-governmental organisation dedicated to public health, safety and environmental protection. Its certification is widely recognised around the world as a guarantee of safety. Certification: NSF 42 for Chlorine Odour and Taste Reductions; NSF 53 for Cysts, Turbidity, Lead, Asbestos, Benzene, Carbofuran, p-Dichlorobenzene and Mercury.Note:Please remove the top two glass shelves underneath the filter before removing the filter itself to prevent any damage. The filter may require some force. Ensure that you twist the filter fully to the unlocked position before removing it. Remove the filter vertically. Do not pull the filter towards you when you remove it as doing so could damage the filter housing and prevent a new one from being fitted.
