This two-layer waterproof shell jacket is finished with a water-repellent treatment, too, preventing saturation and helping to maintain the fabric’s breathable qualities. Other details of the Resolve II Jacket by THE NORTH FACE also help maintain bad-weather protection. The front zip is covered by a Velcro® storm flap so water can sneak in. Elasticated cuffs and zipped, covered hand pockets do their best to keep you dry and lock out chilling winds.
