Steps for usage:
Step 1: Coating- Apply mascara before using the partial eyelash curler. Turn on the device and choose an appropriate level to preheat for around 10-15s while waiting the mascara to half dry.
Step 2: Curling- Touch and hold the big heating comb against the root of the upper eyelashes for about 3-5s and comb slowly from the root towards the tip. Hold the position for another 3s to curl. Repeat this operation 2-3 times.
Step 3: Shaping- Run the curler through your lashes and hold them upward to get full, fluttery lashes.
Step 4: Finalize Styling- Apply mascara again to finalize styling.
