It can be compatible with all mobile phones with wireless charging besides Samsung’s folding series(compatible mobile phone size is 4-6.5 inches)
Q2: Will it fit my car?
Vent clip installation is compatible with horizontal, vertical vent blades; suction cup installation will fit all cars, you only need to find a flat surface, you can also install it on the windshield.
Q3: Will my phone case affect wireless charging?
Compatible with all phone cases that thickness <4mm, but not compatible with cases with metal, ring or ultra-thick uneven surface.
Q4: Why not charging?
1, Make sure that your phone supports wireless charging.2, Please check if your phone case compatible with our wireless car charger(refer to Q3).3, Please connect the power to charger your phone, the built-in super capacitor only allows you to open the arms 5-8 times in 1 hour after power off.4, Please move your phone slightly, the phone is not magnetically attracted into place.5, The temperature of the phone is too high, and the overheat protection causes the charging to stop.6, Not supports PD protocol.
Q5: Why not fast charging?
fast charging requires ≥9V/2A QC3.0 fast charger adapter; 5V/2A: normal charging speed; 5V/1A: insufficient power supply.
Tips:
Cases with metal, ring or ultra-thick uneven surface may trigger foreign object detection and stop charging.The suction cup mount should not be installed on soft, curved, plush fabrics or bumpy surfaces.The suction cup has adhesive, please confirm your installation position first.When the suction of the suction cup decreases, please clean and dry it, and the suction cup will return to the strong suction.Clean the dashboard before attaching the suction cup mount.If your car is in a high temperature environment for a long time, it is recommended to install ventilation bracket to prevent the phone from overheating when charging and causing the charging to stop.Do not install it in a position that hinders safe driving!If you have any questions about our products, please feel free to consult us, and any product problems, all BZONE products will be replaced with new products at any time within 12 months.
